[Someone’s cell phone, device feed, whatever turns on, upside down and turned outwards so its hard to tell who’s contacting the network. Instead, it shows a feed of the inside of the Abax Central Station and the sound of rapidly approaching trains can be heard

A few minutes after the post Loki appears as far away from the tracks as possible while still being within eyesight of the mortal who had made the observation. He's silent for a moment but that isn't going to start any conversations so...]
What did you feel?
Reply
There are no trains, the presence feels ... too vague, too lost and this new arrival doesn't have the same taint. Charles still sends out a tendril, mostly to see if this person is really there than any intent to read him.]
I'm not in the habit of talking to myself, well except for the 'self' that is stuck here as well. So if you're a headache induced delusion, lets just cut to the chase and you can get back in my head where you belong.

But the next instant he is smiling, wryly, at the mortal's words.]
You are the one avoiding to answer the question. I thought it was quite direct myself.
Reply
Not a deliberate avoidance, I assure you. [He says in a tired but polite manner.]
Its ... very difficult to get a lock on it. It slips like water, ebbing and flowing but strengthens when the trains come through.
[As he speaks, he walks a few steps towards the platform, automatically looking towards a watch, that doesn't work. Give it a second ... and then he's turning, blue eyes curious.]
Why did you come down here?

Forgive me for the intrusion, but I must know: what are those machines?

Uh, trains?

Usually they serve as a form of mass transportation.

What about the trains?
Reply
They don't stop.
Reply
No shit. What else?

There's ... a presence. When the trains come through here, I feel it more strongly.

And this makes the second.
[Sharing Charles's face. This one has well--even more similarities.
Disturbing.
But starts to fully cement his ideas.]
Reply
His expression is curious but otherwise unconcerned.]
Pardon?

You being one of them.
[He tilts his head, quirking an eyebrow finally.]
Though I do have to say, you're a better imitation than the last.
[It's what Erik thinks. Clones. Somehow...there is no other way for him to explain it.]

I truly do not have time for this at the moment but in order to avoid confusion going forward. I am no more an imitation of him than he is an imitation of me. We're the same person, simply from different experiences.
My name is Charles Francis Xavier, I grew up in Westchester NY and I have a sister named Raven. However, I do not know you or any of the other people in his life.
So now that we've got that cleared up. I am busy with something, I am certain you will understand when I say it requires my concentration. Have a nice day.
[If he could figure out how to turn off the cell phone, he would but at that moment a train is coming through and his focus centers on the presence that rides with it. Drawing air in between his teeth, he's turning away, one hand up to his temple and the cell phone shoved down into his pocket, effectively forgotten for the time being.]

What do you sense.
Reply
Its complicated to explain like this.
Reply
Try.
Reply
There's a ... sense of someone, something that comes and goes down here.
