"I have no clue, it could mean several things." Of course. Galatea wasn't smiling much, if at all, during this 'being cuffed to someone' thing and...well that didn't really change. Her expression did manage to go into something more neutral however, which was a start at least.

"My best guess would be they want us to put two and two together," She lifted her cuffed hand. "perhaps it has to do with these."

"'Only in the sum of my halves'" Altaïr murmured it to himself as his mind tried to piece it together, speaking aloud as he worked through it to not exclude her.

"It's halves would be the individual cuffs themselves, but would it extend to us as well?" He glances at her to see if she has any thoughts as he asks, "I would guess that it wants us to accomplish something together, to work together and it will release us. What exactly it wants us to do is the biggest issue."
