Just when I thought things were starting to ease up, I've got a whole new set of things to worry over. I was so pumped about that apartment... I can't believe things fell through.
Yah, but Brad works a lot of double shifts, as it is. And, when he goes to school next year, he is going to have to work as few hours as possible. I guess were just not gonna get that place. Oh well...
I'm sorry the apartment thing ended up not working out. How disappointing :( I don't miss renting at all. We used to live in a really worn down place and paid almost $700 a month for it... Gosh, whatever happened to clean, well-kept, affordable housing? I hope that you can find some place that's good for you guys and still within your budget. If not, sometimes paying a little extra to not stay in a cruddy place is totally worth it just for the "this FEELS better" effect.
Good luck to Henry at the ultra-sound! My thoughts are with you guys!
