I think the Christmas chaos is finally calming down. Tonight, I had an awful headache, though; so, I just spent the evening doing housework and such. We have a million things to do around here... this place is really starting to become disorderly. Brad and I are going to have an organization day tomorrow; we're going to clean our socks off ( Read more... )

I don't look at your life as being uneventful or lazy... Taking care of a child is a lot of work.. and if your life lacks events, it's because you are taking care of your baby and making him into someone special. That's a pretty important event, I would say.
I admire you Beth, and I hope I have the chance to stay home and take care of my baby in the future. I think being a full time mom or dad is very important, and Henry is very lucky to have you.

I can relate so much!! Sometimes I will hear all you do is stay home with Kaitlin. My first response is you try doing it for a week. You are doing the best thing for your child! Those people who think your life is uneventful dont get the pleasure of watching your son do all of his first's, which you can never replace!

I definitely keep myself busy, around here. When I do go into "work" for a couple hours, it's a welcomed break from the normal craziness.
