I'm getting a little braver about integrating this life with my regular life--after all it is my regular life, because I do have incontinence, doctor certified, and I have been wearing diapers 24/7 for years. That doesn't make it any less scary to disclose the fact that I use them...and even less so that I like them

i know what you mean. its never fun hiding anything. especially something like this. you feel like the barriers between you and the "normal" world could be torn down and everything could be out in the open and no one would question it or think its weird.

it does get very lonely. especially when you have to isolate yourself.
