I'm pretty sure they will be "fake sets made by computer". Below is a quote from Mark Stern from July 2008.

I visited the set in September 2008 and THIS was what was left of the CIC. A week later Aaron set me a photo of himself standing in front of a pile of rubble. That rubble was the CIC :(
Agreed. This is one of the huge reasons I didn't like the Star Wars pre-quel movies. Too much CGI and unrealistic "perfection", not enough practical effects, gritty realism, and just plain good filmmaking.
No need to wonder as I'm sure we'll be told 100 times at conventions and interviews about the time he saw the Blood & Chrome Tone Presentation Pack and David Eick's house ;)
