This is exactly what I feel like in social situations. People try to engage me about popular television and whatnot, and I am just all, yeah, that thing, with the, you know, the only time I've turned a tv on in the past month was to watch Merlin... My colleagues have given up on me having any idea what they're talking about :)

The good news is, I don't end up on youtube floundering around like a beached fish :D A little research, next time boys.

(I agree with the man. Mike is beautiful <3)

I have internet again! Only for as long as it takes mum and my sister to go to the doctor, but, eh.

*grin* Obvioulsy you're not a part of nerdom/geek-land. Once you know something about a game, you're in. Mostly. :P

Hahaha, it's a shame that they're not actually as game-savvy as I imagined. There goes all of my imaginings of Chris having funny old games that he beats Tyson at, and there are no longer any epic guitar hero battles on bus. *sigh of sad*

*giggles* Oh boys, don't ever change. You can just picture some poor manager or publicist the next day going "BUT I TOLD YOU GUYS ALL ABOUT IT! ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS ACT EXCITED ABOUT A STUPID GAME!" Although Tyson obviously did read something (probably a poster on the way in) because he almost recovered well.

But yes, Mike is beautiful.

*grin* Games, Lucy, GAMES! The joy of all modern teenage (and not so teenage) life! They are boredom killers and parent confusers! (I should know, I've been playing a crazy amount of Assassin's Creed Brotherhood lately and it's driving my mum nuts)
