Make absolutely certain you have time to play. Some of my worst burnout with SRT over the years came from time I found myself doing +requests, answering questions, handling problems, and running admin scenes while not giving my characters their attention.

Something's gotta be the fun part; it reminds you of why you deal with the rest. This varies per person; for me, it's playing the characters I apped, for spartanfan, it is (I believe) running some of his favorite NPCs.
