Okay I've been actually wanting to do one of these for a while buuuuut was too afraid of "oh no! people might think I dislike them!" but to be honest I just need to do this for myself. Ahaha, aww! Well, we certainly don't see eye-to-eye on a lot of things fannishly (lol), but you have always been perfectly friendly and nice to me! I just had to cut way back on my flist because I literally was getting overwhelmed every time I loaded it. As I said, you are more than welcome to keep following me and comment if you so desire! :)

Seeing as we don't "talk" anymore and I've been out of fandom for a good 3-4 years? You were my last random-related LJ person on here and pretty much in general, so I'd totally understood the pointlessness of keeping me on your f-list.

It wasn't so much a matter of wanting to defriend you or anyone as it was, like I said, getting massively overwhelmed every time I went on LJ... and so started avoiding it for days to weeks at a time so I wouldn't have to feel guilty about reading and commenting on everything. Despite our diverging interests over the years, I've actually found a lot of your posts interesting (particularly the ones on being a lady gamer!) but I just... needed to cut back to a smaller group, and unfortunately that meant choosing to defriend people I genuinely like. :(

Ah okay, I had no idea you even read my LJ anymore. And yes, I've been slowly branching out into feminism mostly through video games. :)
