I've never read a Zack and Cody fic before and I'm super glad tha this was my first one. (Cody is so my favorite so I totally love it even more.) Very awesome and well written and I think your characterization of the twins was dead on. I liked the overall story very much, and I really felt my heart reach out to Cody.
