I thought of you when I made those jam ones! As long as you have the puff pastry on-hand, they're so quick. (I've never tried making puff pastry from scratch...I'm perfectly happy with the packaged kind.)

I have already printed both of those recipes. They sound perfect and I'm trying them asap!! Thank you! :D

Oh, that second one looks like something I would LOVE. It reminds me looks and ingredient wise to dulce de leche a bit. Or Natilla, depending on who makes it, seems like everyone's recipe is different. but yum!

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm dulce de leche ANYTHING is not safe in my fridge. Gone in 60 seconds. The only reason my Ras Malai is safe is because my hubbie will actually eat it, so I feel bad if I don't save at least one piece for him. :)
