This is what I suggest:

Create a meal together from the initial prep to the cooking. Whilst the meal is mealifying, get dressed in your finest clothes; the kit and gear that you keep for importantly functions.

Candles (cliché but good), something good to drink, music that you have shared together. And just be in the company of the man you love.
