The positive: I've been pretty consistent in making myself go to the gym.
The ... well, not negative, but unintentional: my pants are getting quite a bit looser. Weight loss wasn't the goal at all, which probably means I should be eating more. :: laugh ::

If you efforts are building more muscle mass and burning more calories in the process, you will slim down without gaining weight. If you want to gain muscle without slimming down, then, yes, you need to eat more...
