I've never actually had a Mac. And the transition from PC to Mac scares me, hah. =P
But yeah, I'm looking for numerous things. I'm going to be using it for my photography and photo-editing, so a nice, big screen (16-17" range?) would be nice and decent sized hard drive (I do have 2 externals...but there's always that fear that they'll one day crash on me). As well as being capable of running multiple programs/large programs such as photoshop, bridge, my music player, play videos (I have a bunch of movies/tv shows on my hard drives), etc., so a nice processor and good RAM. I don't play computer games, so I'm not too worried about it being good for stuff like that. Oh, and a decent CD drive since I'll use it every now and then for ripping my CD's and decent battery life of course (what is considered good battery life actually?).
I guess, just an overall good laptop is what I'm looking for?
