If I were to write it, it'd end up with everyone but the two of them dead and Klaus being a pathological control freak and Stefan hating him even as he's totally drawn to it. Every time Klaus even thinks Stefan's going to step out of line, he'll compel Stefan into obedience. Soon the only thing Stefan will cling to is earning his freedom back, bit by bit.

Every now and then, Klaus will uncompell Stefan and shove him into a bed and rape him. Stefan's body will be turned on even if he's repulsed and Klaus will say that he likes it, he likes what Klaus does, and he should stop fighting it.

And when he does stop fighting it, Stefan kills every single thing in sight until Klaus is forced to stop him. They still need eat and all. And then he'd pet Stefan's hair and talk about how much fun they're having. Stefan just wants to kill people. And cut into his arms and take the blood and write Damon and Elena's names in the dirt. Sometimes he'll end up sayin Dalana or Elamon or just AAAAAAAaaaaaaaa.
