He's so cute. But he really needs Blair to be in charge of the planning.
I buy Blair's buying it - Blair is still very deeply in love with Chuck, for better or worse. She has this picture of what he and they can be even though she knows she can never be happy with Chuck. It takes more than "I'm sorry" for attempted rape. The best and worst thing about Blair is how far she'll go to fight for the people she loves. Just sometimes you shouldn't fight and let it go.
lol ikr. Dan, just go back to following Blair around like a puppy.
I think part of Blair's attachment to Chuck is due to her self-crushingly low self-esteem, though. It's the idea that Chuck is the only person who can love her because he's as bad - or worse - than she is. And I don't think being with Louis exactly helped Blair in this respect since the more Louis gets to know "all" of her, the less he seems to like her. Which just confirms everything Blair thinks about herself. :| Poor Blair. She's so lost in the beginning of S5 and it's hard to watch.
They're both happier that way. She plots and sometimes he has good ideas she can use.
I actually think the whole of Blair's love for Chuck is about how much she actually hates herself. Two seconds after he tried to rape her, she was sleeping with him. And a love ballad about how much their love destroys each other plays on. I think he can make her feel good in moments, but overall she's pretty miserable with him. And she knows it. But can't quite let go.
Louis is just smarmy lol. We never see them connect. I actually almost enjoy the Blair/Chuck scenes more.
My favorite Blair moment so far was between her and Elenore where they hugged and she told her Blair would be a great mother.
MUST WE HAVE MAX AND SERENA? WHY MUST SERENA ALWAYS GET HORRIBLE MEN? LIKE BESIDES NATE AND DAN, WHO HAS ACTUALLY BEEN A MOSTLY DECENT PERSON?
