Basically? It's hard to find anything about Korea outside the Korean war. I figure I can have better access to history if I can learn the language. I'll have to work hard on it, though.

I was just wondering because I listen to a lot of Korean pop music (and I'm in the Kpop fandom.) Quite a few of my friends are learning Korean right now, and their interest was sparked or at least influenced by the music scene. I was curious how it was for you.
