I never did show pictures of the EPIC HAT I got to cosplay as Yellow of Pokémon Adventures. I thought it would be the hardest part, but it was apparently a small fashion in Texas for workers to have such hats. I just didn't get it shaped, so it's big and flat. I must re-find that surfing/volttackle pikachu I have and turn it into the most awesome Raichu.
But there's this event pichu that starts out shiney, would a shiney raichu beat out a surfing raichu in terms of AWESOME?

I wanna make a character out of the MOST AWESOME ingame Raichu. So it's just a matter of picking what kind of awesome...
