3-D modeling always seems like it'd be really hard. :( You seem to be doing pretty well, though! Hee hee, bump maps.

3D modeling is tedious, forever making tiny adjustments. It's not bad though if it's a model you enjoy working on. This isn't my first class with 3D, but the goal in the first class was to get an animation. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yT8o2Q6ytJw)

I use this monstrosity of a bag to carry it.

The video was put together over the course of half a semester, so 2 and a half months or so? It was a loooot of learning, bout half the time through failure.
