Oh gosh, how I miss this face on my TV now! Major Merlin withdrawal starting to kick in. Would love to be going to see Our Private Life but just can't, for too many boring reasons to even contemplate. :(
This was a beautifully acted scene. The whole of this episode is great, from a Colin-lover's viewpoint if nothing else; in fact I feel the need to watch it again now!
Belated Happy New Year to you RC by the way. Keep up the good work here in this comm. I do love it!

Shortly the time to start rewatching Merlin from scratch will come for me, I'm sure!

And happy new year to you too. Glad that you enjoy this place; so do I :D

Is it weird that I like it when he looks like he hasn't bathed in awhile? :O

The rumpled look suits him and he sure looks like he's just been traveling; freckled face and everything <3

I'm trying to place this scene and I can't. Guess it's time to re-watch season 1 again. Hopefully that will help with the bad case of Merlin withdrawl I'm having too.

It is during Le Morte d'Arthur when Merlin learns Arthur has survived the Questing Beast thanks to Merlin sacrificing himself for him. Then he gives Gaius that guilty look of "yea, I did it I'm going to die soon but Arthur is alive."

I love this scene! It is one of my favorites. The range of emotion he goes through in seconds is SUBLIME.
