Scruffy works for him. Man does it work for him!! It highlights all his perfect features by framing them in wild, gorgeous, dark hair! His eyes pop, his mouth is even more obvious and his cheekbones, ah!

All this and brains, talent and a sweet personality too...why? Why can't there be more Colins in the world? *sad eyes cuz there's only one* Then again...
