I thought it was Colin Hanks at first glance! Anyways,it's hard to believe he's 25 when I see pics like this (and I'm excluding the bday hat :P).I can imagine this is how he looked at 15-16.

I strongly believe that picture was taken when he was still in high school and was only recently posted. That was my first thought and I stick to it. Colin is just a baby here, there's no way he looks like that now.
By the way, who's that Sarah that posted this photo? Is she related to Colin? I'd definitely ask those questions if I knew her...
