Would they even be able to enforce that in a city this large? The police have got their hands full without worrying about arresting some poor old shop owner who lost track of time on his way home.

Oh, don't worry about it! When I say bike, I mean my motorbike. I don't use it very often because it still kind of scares me, but it was something of an impulse buy I made a few years ago while I was dating this guy who was really into them. I find that most people aren't likely to bother a girl on one of those, even if she is going pretty slow on it.^_^'
