Unfortunately, my French is so poor. I could hardly understand what they (especially my favourite Polanski) are talking about

I believe however that all that is decent and important is coming to a halt in France. I don't know how, but this afternoon or evening, it needs to be announced in the news sources which remain, as the newspapers no longer going out, but at least the radios must announce, that the Cannes festival has been stopped.
