It's where you buy the phone and then you buy minutes for it, so it's not by the month or anything. Check at the Verizon store (not the kiosk, but the actual store) at Bellis Fair.

Yay it was so happy to see you the other day! I'm *so* glad you called me when you were down! Sorry I didn't call back the other day but I got your message too late and I know your mom goes to bed ridiculously early so I didn't want to aggrevate the parentals.
