True to their word, Aziraphale and Wilson had the downstairs study cleared away and ready for the evening's activities. Most of the furniture had been shoved aside, leaving plenty of space for people to gather, and to do...whatever it was that they were going to do. Blair was halfway between excited and nervous as he showed up at the door, bouncing and knocking.

It was nice to see Blair looking energetic and enthusiastic again, and Aziraphale smiled as he answered the door. "Come inside, my dear. Would you like some tea while we wait for everyone to assemble?"

"No, it'll probably make me jumpy." Blair replied. "Don't need that tonight."

"No, that's probably true," Aziraphale agreed. "I do hope you don't take this the wrong way, my dear, but I don't suppose you could be convinced not to do this?"

After making a few phone calls, Bridge arrives and knocks at the door.

Aziraphale gave Bridge a solemn smile as he opened the door. "Come in, please. I think everyone is here now."

Bridge, with Anders close behind, steps inside. "We're not late, are we?" he asks worriedly.

"Not at all, no one's been waiting very long, and I don't think there's any good reason to rush things," Aziraphale replied. "Would either of you like a cup of tea before we go down to the study?"

The Study

As described the study had most of the furniture had been shoved aside, leaving plenty of space for people to gather, and to do...whatever it was that they were going to do.

Tall bookcases, filled with books, scrolls and texts both young and old stood sentry around the walls. The carpet had been rolled back, leaving the hardwood floors bare and ready for the night to come.

Phoebe made herself as comfortable as she could on the floor and took several deep breaths.

Phoebe sighed and then met his eyes. "Am I sure I want to go back and maybe get attacked? No. Am I sure I want to go back and rescue my soulmate? Yes."

Lana wanders in

Lana heard all the people arriving and came downstairs to see what was going on. She looked completely startled to see all of the people there - including Phoebe.

"What's going on here?"

"It's a slumber party," Wyatt said, staring at the space where Phale had been because, hello, he wasn't there anymore. Everyone else had just fallen asleep.

She looked around at everyone else there. "Seriously. What the hell is going on and why didn't I know about it?"

"Phoebe's going after Cole," Wyatt said simply. "They used a spell to go to him. We're watching over them."

After the Spell

While everyone was in the Wastelands, fighting off demonic tongues, Chris was pacing nervously and watching the bodies strewn about the room for any sign of distress.

"They've been gone an awfully long time, Wy," he said.

"Yeah," Wyatt said unhappily. Then he heard Phoebe cry out and start to struggle. "Crap!" he said. "We gotta do the spell to bring them back."

Chris dug the paper out of his pocked and he and Wyatt began to recite together, "Return thy friends, Wherever they be."
