Still a little bemused by the events of the previous weekend, Aziraphale was settled into his office with a cup of tea and a crossword. Mostly, though, he seemed to be lost in thought.

The door, however, was open for anyone who happened by.

Annette stopped by third period and she was sort of dragging her feet. And her shoulders might've been just a little bit droopy. "Hey, Mr. Phale." She said softly from the doorway. "Are you busy?"

Looking up with a smile, Aziraphale nodded and set side his crossword, which he wasn't really working on anyway.

"Of course, Miss Hargrove. Come in, please. Would you like a cup of tea?"

She nodded. "Tea would be really nice, especially if I'm not the one to make it." She sat down with a sigh and slouched in the chair, folding her hands over her waist.

"I never make my guests prepare their own tea," Aziraphale replied, getting up to fetch a cup for Annette.

"You seem a bit blue today, my dear. Is something wrong?"
