A Rational Anarchist realizes everyone is responsible for their own actions and that it is impossible to shift blame, share blame, distribute blame ... as blame, guilt, responsibility are matters taking place inside human beings. But being rational, he knows that not everyone believes that. He knows that people are always making rules about what others can or can't do. Not one of those people said: "Please pass this so that I won't be able to do something I know I should stop." Nope it is always something they hate to see neighbors doing. Stop them "for their own good"
Rationally he realizes that he and he alone decides what to do, no matter what rules there are. If he finds them tolerable, he tolerate them; if he finds them too obnoxious, he breaks them.
