It was only neighbourly to invite Judah out for a tour of the local watering holes (and warn him about which grocers he really ought to avoid) and when he asked to bring his roommate along, who was Felix to say no? Whatever consenting adults, who believe in Lemurian Seed Crystals, want to do with each other behind closed beaded curtains is fine by

He has his 'face' on, so to speak (makeup, a pair of sunglasses, contacts -- one for his good eye, the other applied with spirit glue to the glass one -- and a wig), and while it doesn't fix everything (the lips are particularly noticeable) it could be a lot worse. Rumpled, casual clothing and a hoodie (hood down, for the moment) complete the 'disguise.'
"Eric Dowd," he introduces himself to Felix as, with a half-smile.

'Judah' is, however, particularly amused by his new thing. He is also looking forward to starting his 'things that Jonathan Crane would not do, so obviously I am not Jonathan Crane' quest. Huzzah!
Maybe he'll bring along some extra spirit gum, though, just in case. Just in case of mute mishaps. He'll leave the tea behind, though. He ALSO has sunglasses.
Isn't it night?

"Nice to meet you, Eric. I'm Felix, but a lot of folks call me Fix." Oh, 'oh god, that bastard!', but that's not necessary to know at this point. What is necessary to note is that while he doesn't stare at the injuries, it's possible to get the feeling that he's probably going to memorize what he's seen. "You gents ready to see the sights of this end of Gotham?"

He can do the genial thing, y'know. Friendly, even. Just think of it as an interview with a reporter. "'Fix?' Is there a story behind that?"
