It seems Judah's gotten it in his head that it's all right to be rude to his superiors, so Eddie's here to come check out whatever little project this guy thinks he's going to carry out in the warehouse he found for him. What? Of course he has a copy of the keys. He's the one who found the warehouse. Let's see what's here

The place isn't really that put together yet, and why would it be? Judah hasn't had it that long.

There are three main areas: the main warehouse, a freezer storage room and an office. The warehouse looks like it's being set up for some sort of lab, and there sure are a whole lot of gas masks on that lab table, aren't there? There are a few boxes, mostly things that Judah is slowly bringing over from his U-Store It. Supplies and powders and liquids.

The freezer storage is empty, except for a deprivation tank and a floor drain.

The office is probably the most put together of the areas, and resembles his clinic quite a bit. There's probably a reason for that.

This is, it should be noted, where Judah is.

Look at how much he cares by the totally bored look on his face. He cares so much, Eddie. "Goodbye, Eddie." Seriously, kid, don't make him boot-kick you as he not so gently shoves you out the door.

He's shoved outside. He yelps again. Judah kicked him out, oh god! MUD OKAY THERE IS MUD ON HIS NICE SHOES THAT NEVER COMES OUT, JUDAH. IT'S LIKE TAR. THIS ENTIRE CITY IS PRACTICALLY COATED IN TAR.

Eddie slumps against the outside wall, shaking. It's all he can do to keep from falling into the sludge. Good job, Edward, honestly. What did you think would happen?
