Sharing the pile-up

Jeremy seems to have summarised most days of my life for the last however-many months here, except she was talking about her life, of course, and I don't have the rats or the mortgage.

Fine strip. Fine visible barbecue. Ta.

Last night I had the insomnia again, having headed for bed at 11pm I think I got to sleep sometime after 3am. Bored of it

books, diary

To-do list / project managing doodah which is flexible enough for work and housework, without being too exciting to make procrastination writing lists too tempting ;)

XP for housework - can be used for other tasks. Does take up some time to set up and let the novelty wear off :)

I'm at the point where I have virtual blinkers - I have a lot of stuff at the moment which I am ignoring. I started using the voo2do thing last week as it got to the point where I couldn't do anything as my brain was very much like that strip, with the thoughts bursting around me and I couldn't concentrate on any of them until I'd pinned them down!

We need fairy godmothers with magic wands to come and sort out everything to leave us free to go to the ball.

I already knew about chore wars. I'm not feeling quite that snowed under as a lot of household has gone on to the 'if I had infinite energy I would tackle, but I don't so I'll lump it' category.

Jeremy's very good at saying what other people try to say, agreed. I remember that one, applies to me just as well.

The earlier I have to get up for work, the harder I find it to sleep. 3am when the alarm's set for 5am is depressing.

Beware of engineers who don't tell you their lj names. Mind you, curious flist overlap - you done a tubewalk? Poptimism? Er...

ah - someone's got to be, I suppose. ;-)

I never write in this thing, but hello nevertheless, and yell if you're in London & thirsty...
