Don't ever buy a WP Passport External Harddrive, guys.  Ever, ever.  It could possibly be responsible for you losing three years of artwork, photos, writing, music, and programs.

Because this week really couldn't get any better.

(Cause I have a WD Passport external drive as well) I couldn't even imagine what you must be feeling - cause I think I'd be freaking bat shit bananas if I lost everything. Any idea what caused it?

Holy shit. I am really sorry to hear about this. Do you have any way of recovering the files-- one time I accidentally deleted a story chapter of mine but I got a program that searches through all of the recent file memory and most of it was recovered.
