I'm working on the last part of APFN right now, so things might be a little quiet around here. It's my first big plot-based mindfucked in-over-my-head multi-chaptered fic (all...five parts of it, ahahaha ughhhh I'm so lame), so I'm making sure it's 100% satisfactory and ties up all the loose ends I want to tie up and then I'll be back in the game ( Read more... )

Being at high school there were lots of people celebrating in a very crass way... I steered clear of Facebook for a few days to avoid it all! I am very relieved that he is dead, especially because I have a relative who died in the attack. However, I'm not going to throw a party or anything... I mean, I got into this argument with a kid at school who was saying all this shit about how he was a freedom fighter and we have no right to judge him... so we got into a fight in class and it made it look like I was on the "celebrating" side but really it's just not a black and white issue... urgh...

It's weird thinking that Obama and company have had this on their mind for so long!

Oh P.S. I identify with you on the KakaSaku thing even though unlike you, I didn't crank out a million pieces for the Poe and Blindfold challenges. I have been feeling burnt out on them recently... Plus I'm just dying for school to end so I can work on my novel! Gah!
