Although I violently protest ANY remake of Escape From NY... I DO think Timothy Olyphant is the perfect successor to Russell.

I'm so torn.

The special edition DVD I bought came with a comic book in it. Why not give Snake Plisken another adventure that deserves the movie/comic treatment, not New York again?

Sequels are perfectly fine. they take nothing away from the originals. I cant understant why Hollywood cant grasp that. QUIT RESTARTING MOVIES!!!
