I was happy when I came back to LJ, even though there was only 1 person left, here. (Well, 1 person on my flist, that is.) It's so much more useful than FB, for me. I need a journal to put my thoughts in order and remember things...and FB was no good for that. Plus I hated all the weird in-my-face links to preachy or political articles and so on that other people posted and the creepy and annoying memes and blahdeblah. None of that, here.

100% agree. I find I have trouble remembering things in the past few years because writing in my journal anchors me much better than fb.

I have a new puppy tho. 5 months old pyr/aussie mix and 45 pounds and chasing a ball around like a loon rn. She's pretty cool.
