[ Taiwan finally decides to see what this whole library business was about. Surely they didn't have books on just car repair! And they didn't - instead, she was met with a collection of 1950s cookbooks, among others she figured were just as boring. Sorely disappointed, she makes her way out... when she sees Lucas.

She sneaks up from him from behind and watches him work for a moment before speaking. ]

That's really pretty.

[One of these people may actually be very familiar to Taiwan. The Netherlands is the main subject of at least five of the drawings, in various states of recognizability. Lucas starts at the voice, though, and sends a few papers flying off the desk.]

A-Ah! Oh . . . Hi, Miss Taiwan. Sorry. You surprised me.

Hee hee. Is that supposed to be the Netherlands? He looks a lot like him, you know.

[ She starts picking up the papers scattered on the floor. ]

[Lucas smiles a little as he slides off his chair to finish picking up the other papers. Miss Taiwan would know because they came from the same world, after all.]

[For the sake of setting, let us say Lucas is walking home on his way to school. He smiles as he passes close by the girl and her dog, waving a little.]

Hmmm...? [Looks up and realises that nice boy is talking to her] Oh, good morning! What's your name?

[Seeing that she wanted to make conversation, he stops and takes a step closer.]

Huh? . . . I guess if you show me the next time he comes, I can try to say something about it. Otherwise, you might have to find someplace else. Squirrels aren't very good about sharing . . .

[Lucas does not appear to notice Zidane quite yet.]

[Lucas breaks off at this point, noticing Zidane. One of the birds chirps and flutters away.]

Oh! Hi! Um. ... Sorry, what was your name again?
