I saw the funniest thing on the news....

This newscaster was in a canoe saying how flooded every thing was and how the water was so deep....

Then out of no where comes a man, Walking right infront of her probibly like 2 feet away from the canoe, And the water was knee high....

I couldnt help but laughing... Then the next night i saw it again on John Stewart...
