Another voluntary vivisection, and a glowing success. This is likely to make for some terribly enlightening notes.

I'm going to need a new coat, however. This will never wash out.

I've a lot of reports to write. Perhaps a poetic form is in order. A haiku?

Unique condition.
The heart placement is central.
Very curious.

... Or perhaps not.

You know, they often say that those that work primarily in Sciences and Mathematics have no skills in the Language Arts.

I think we have definite proof now.

Asshole.

Shall we see, then? MakubeX is educating me on sonnets. I may impress you yet.

Seeking my praise? So unlike you.

Your praise? No. Perhaps merely your notice.

That's... that's an interesting ... haiku. Whatever a haiku is.

I believe there's a book in the library on the subject. Unknown world origins, three lines, with a syllable count of 5-7-5. Typically there is reference to seasons and what have you, but it's very difficult to incorporate such flowery subject matter into a biological report.

Yea, idk either. :| sorcerously March 17 2008, 16:05:49 UTC
I'm glad you've made progress with your studies, Master Hojo. It's so wonderful to see someone furthering their knowledge.

It certainly has proven beneficial. A pity there won't be volunteers all the time.

Were you ever able to find out why, precisely, you found yourself nude in the woods?

I get that a lot, when it comes to her. sorcerously March 17 2008, 16:23:56 UTC
Perhaps some are just not keen on having themselves studied so.

... No. But it had something to do with that odd voice, I'm sure of it. I just don't know what.

Perhaps. Small minds fail to consider the significance and value to be found in such research. A single death is worth the considerable information gained.

Really? How very interesting.

Try a sonnet next time.

I've as yet been unable to acquire a book on sonnets from the library. My form would be poor.

It's quite simple, really. The rhyme scheme is: a-b-a-b, c-d-c-d, e-f-e-f, g-g. Typically 10 syllables per line, every other one accented.

I'll be sure to attempt it.

... Yeah. I can only imagine.

And no. It stays where it is. It doesn't belong here.

It needn't end at mere imagination.

Doesn't it. It's established with a far greater strength than you, Valentine. Its foundations are cemented with your identity. It's as much you as your sarcasm.

Don't.

Just takes time. I'll get it right.

Don't what, Valentine? We're only talking, aren't we?

How much time? You've had time. It isn't going to go away.
