Tsukino Usagi
Level 1: Her normal, sunny self. She usually isn't stressed, so she gets a bit more stability!
Level 2: After mop altercation with Aoko, fears are triggered since she can't understand Aoko's reaction. Fears Aoko and anyone with natural fighting ability. Becomes suspicious of locked messages, since she can't hack into them. Moody and prone to argument, but still trying to be positive.
Level 3: Reads into others' words and suspects they think she's a threat because of her past self, the Princess. Believes they whisper plans to kill her, take her Silver Crystal, and destroy the Facility. Finds and starts carrying broken glass in her purse. Confides to her friends, if nudged, but is quick to suspect they don't believe her.
Level 4: Hallucinations in full swing; normal objects become weapons against her. Believes she must protect the Crystal--and the innocent of the Facility--at all costs, and attacks with broken glass, if provoked. Certain that friends like Ritsuka, Tsunade, Samus, etc. don't believe her or are in league with the others, and that she must fight alone.
Level 5: Runs full gamut of symptoms, including the "footsteps", and unwittingly kills herself.
