Since this seems to be the place to ask questions now I'll copy-paste my question from the other post here:

I wanted to double check on something since I wasn't sure if it encroached too much into "godmode" territory.

Wally's secret wish is always that he wants to be liked and have friends because he's kind of a nerd and gets picked on just a bit in the not-superhero-side of his life. And he also likes to think of himself as a huge player--which he's not because his flirting facepalm worthy.

So I was wondering if his wish comes "true" in that he gets pheromones that make people attracted to him/want to be his friend for the week? I would put up a permissions post to warn people and to give them various options of "how" they want they're characters affected/if they want to opt out, should this be allowed.

He can have his wish, so long as it's clear when you post that not everyone will be affected. So long as people can opt out, it's fine.

Can Yukina wish that people near her (like 5 ft, so basically in the same room) feel happy? Her wish is to make others happy this week.

Sure, just make sure that people know that is going on so they can avoid being happy if they really need to.
