So, for infected blood. It is possible to have a basically permanent until magically cured insanity?

That's not exactly how it works; when someone gets their blood infected, they're permanently infected, but only insane if the blood is active and they can't control it. When it's deactivated, they act as usual, unless they've fallen so far into madness they can't turn it off.

What you could do is have Yuijinn infected particularly badly by the blood, so he can't deactivate it for a long time?
