Will powers be in effect? Just wanted to be sure so /asks.

And will this effect Cas? I keep pondering it. Either way is fine with me. He's sort of 'driving' the body he's in. Things that happen to the body don't always seem to matter when an angel or demon are inhabiting it.

Yes, it will affect him, but the symptoms might be a bit different, if you want to take that angle. Since it's just compounding on existing damage.

Not really, since brain size is not all that different between a kid and an adult. That's why kids have such adorable big heads.
