I think it's ok, a lot of people have played characters like that before (gods, Nasuverse characters, etc). Personally I've got Death black-collared, I think the biggest key is that it wouldn't be IC for him to do anything other than show off with the powers occasionally. That and tell people about it every six seconds. It's ok if you do that. :)

Of course, he's not the kind of guy to get his hands dirty, nor to give away anything about the past/future without being extra cagey about it. There wouldn't be any problems plus the mods were leaving it to my discretion and trusting me to make sure I didn't abuse him. :P Plus it'd be extra fun to get to be more powerful than Jack for a week. And rub it in his face.

No worries! The mods have even let Princess Serenity cause cataclysmic destruction in F3 because I asked first and checked with everyone plotwise. Just check with everyone before causing ginormous craters that would wipe out half the cast, always with room for survival. ;) You're good!

Cool! I think the biggest thing I'm worried about is that Doc Scratch is omniscient, though I'm still putting limits on it because canonly he has a lot of trouble seeing things outside of his timeline and also he's being cagey with his info regardless.

And heck, if you ever want to show him knowing the otherwise unknowable, that can be taken care of in a permissions post. ♥
