[Rider shifts uneasily from her position on the desk. She'd let her own wings out earlier that day--and no joke it had been a messy and painful process. The wadded up sheets in the corner still had her blood on them.]

Mmm?

[She wishes there was something she could do for Patchouli, but she herself didn't want to risk hurting her, seeing as her own experience with knives was limited to fighting...]

[At this point she was willing to do anything in order to take her mind off the pain, and what Remi had said under her locked feeds had been bothering her all day. She hardly knew Rider, but for some reason Patchouli trusted her. At any rate she was a third party, unbiased in her neutrality.]
