Where: Suki's room (4B)
Summary: James got terminated and Dick knows better then to just sit around and hope things will just suddenly get better.
Rating: PG-13 in case

Just as she thought, James was terminated. She told herself he was when he first disappeared, but for some reason she was still hopefully. Now he was gone and she felt so alone. She hated feeling like this, and she told herself to get up, to do something, but she couldn't. She felt paralyzed.

The knock at the door came to no surprise. Neither did hearing Dick's voice. She couldn't even be bothered with getting up.

"The door's open."

He gently pushed the door open and made his way over to the other. He doesn't say anything as he sits next to her and pulls her into a big hug. He doesn't know how Suki is feeling right now, but he can guess it's similar to how he's been feeling.

"Hey, Suki..."

She doesn't hug him back. She just sat there and let him hold her.

"Hey..." It wasn't that she wanted to be like this right now, but she felt no motivation to be anything else.

"If you're upset, then you can be upset you know." You can cry or even throw a tantrum for all he cares. He just wants to make sure you'll be able to smile later. After all this has passed.
