Meanwhile, "Fujino" was skipping down the halls, boobs bouncing up and down repeatedly whilst humming an upbeat tune without a care in the world. And, who could blame her? This week was turning out great! Dumping her old pimp daddy for a new lover, seeing the freaked out looks on others faces...it was simply fabulous!

However, she didn't catch wind of an ambush plot, so she never had a clue as to what would utterly befall her soon.

Oh, perfect. Vriska fought back the urge to laugh at how lucky she was, to have run across her target so quickly and easily. It would've made her suspicious if she weren't distracted getting her dice ready. Silently praying to whatever luck god was listening-so, herself-she let the Fluorite Octet roll past the corner she was hiding behind.

And just after the dice settled, before Vriska could even process the result, a brilliant blue light filled the hallway. She swore, but not too loudly, because maybe Fujino didn't notice.

OR DID SHE???

She stopped in her tracks suddenly for a moment, wondering if she heard anything. But, after a moment or so of lolly-gagging, Fujino shrugged it off as part of her imagination, and continued skipping on her merry way.

Nope, she still had no idea.

Oh wow. This was probably going to be easier than she expected. A swift re-roll made a large blue net materialize in Vriska's hands, and that... well, that was a little better. It could at least hold people down. Even if it wasn't weighted or anything. But whatever, that just made it easier to throw.

The sound of Vriska's sneakers sped up as she tried getting enough force behind a throw to actually knock Fujino down. What happened when the net left her hands was up to fate, and fate had a special way of handling these kinds of things. Namely, it didn't like being controlled.
