It was embarrassing that she hadn't seen the signs sooner. Who better to spot an addict than another addict? Tsunade would be kicking herself for a long time over that. However, there was a difference between them. While she was still functional, cutting herself off when necessary, Komui had fallen completely over the edge. His opiates were far more dangerous than her sake.

Calling in Sasha had also been difficult, since his disappointment in them both was almost palpable, but she knew it would take more than one person to handle this. It wasn't a joke or a game. Komui needed to be cut off, and he was too far gone to do it himself or to go without a fight.

She didn't knock or announce herself, she simply walked in, snapping the door knob off.

And Sasha followed, in silence. Of course he was disappointed, in himself, in the two of them. In all three of them and their little fucked up dance of give and take, and as of late, he knew the three of them would probably need to sit down and scream at each other soon.

He has a suspicion it might happen today as he kept himself an inch above the mud. Gross, gross, gross.

"Komui. You're coming with us." Hoping if they could drag Komui out, that would put the ball in their court. Home field advantage after all.

Komui's movements were sluggish as he turned to see where the voices were coming from. As usual, he'd come down from the highest wave of euphoria to find himself slumped back in his desk chair, his legs dragging in the mud and his glasses hanging off of one ear.

"You didn't knock." The opium was still thrumming through him, expanding his senses but slurring his tongue. "I didn't hear it."

"You didn't hear it because I didn't bother. Up." Tsunade reached down to slip an arm around Komui, physically hauling him up out of his chair. He was high again, not a surprise. In some ways that could make this easier, since he'd be too busy floating along to protest anything they were about to do.

"Where is the rest of your medicine, Komui?"
