[He turns back to look at Terra, having been looking across the Haven landscape quietly. Both of them have been working hard, but he's glad for this. Terra's never felt to him more like his master than tonight, and he's grateful.]

Surprising, right? [He turns so that he isn't facing Riku, but rather the bleak distance of the desert.] First I'll ask you some questions. [Which is really something he learned from Eraqus. Terra doesn't really know how to be a teacher, so he's mostly just been going by how Eraqus acted.]

What do you think the most basic, simple kind of weapon is?

[He blinks at the question. The most simple... and he wonders what kind of answer Terra's looking for.]

... A melee weapon, I guess. Something to hit with. Projectiles are complicated.
