Who: age swapped Kenzi and Lucas with Sherlock Holmes and John Watson later on.
When: Sunday afternoon
Where: Suite 20
Summary: Kenzi roped poor Lucas into being her 'partner' on an attempted robbery to get some better food.
Rating: R just in case, idek.
Warnings: Kenzi, strong language, vampires, thivery

Fourteen-year-old Lucas followed her down the hall and tried hiding behind things when he could, but being stealthy was hard when there was a soundtrack involved. He figured he shouldn't say anything, since she was more...experienced. With this sort of thing. At least, he assumed.

But at her instructions, he blushes a bit. "B-but...w-wait. Why...shouldn't we just...ask, m-maybe? We could ask if they h-had anything. Wouldn't that be b-better..?"

He rubs the back of his neck as he whispers. Obviously, someone is new to this crime game.

There's that evil, little smile again. "You're freakin' adorable, you know that? Just let me know if anyone's coming. We'll hide behind the couch, no one will even see us!"

Kenzi turned the knob, still smiling, and rolled into the suite. She motioned for Lucas to follow her as she slid across the floor and scanned the common room. Nothing cool out here. Must be in those weird bedrooms.

She slowly and carefully approached a door at random. Unfortunately, it was the wrong door. John and Sherlock's door. Her crude lock picking tools were out in an instant and she attempted to jimmy the door open.

She wasn't counting on that ward on the door.

It flung her backwards on her butt. "WHAT THE FUCK?! Ow, much!?"

His mouth goes dry at her calling him adorable, and it's just enough of a distraction for him not to speak up again while she...ninja rolls?...into the suite. Lucas dutifully stays at his post until she gets forcibly knocked back by whatever was protecting the door, and he bites his lip and looks one more time out at the hallway...the coast SEEMED to be clear...

...before quickly and quietly shutting the door and running to her side.

"Oh my g-gosh, are you alright??" His hands hovered. He didn't wanna touch her if it wasn't okay, and chances are it was very much not okay. "What was that?"

Lucas glares at the door like it would do something.

"M-maybe...maybe let me try the n-next door."

Was a man not allowed to get any bloody sleep around here? Sherlock woke with a start, his entire body tensing at the sudden noise and he lay still, very still, in his den in the closet until the sounds of conversation reached his ears. Ah. Of bloody course. What excellent timing. He'd rather given up on Kenzi's arrival, truth be told, and it hadn't bothered him in the slightest ( ... )
