The cards are faster than an opponent would think, their bulky bodies able to take long broad steps. Now they're bearing down on Lili. She's good, but there are many, and when a guard raises an ax to bear down upon her, a metallic shot rings out. What looks like a zipline speeds down, shooting straight through the card's cookie-cut belly before sticking into the ground. The card barely notices, until it becomes obvious the other end of the zipline is secured to one of the garden pillars.

The Card Guard looks amusing as it rams against the incredibly strong rope, it's like a fish out of water. A fish out of water just gutted in the face, as a batarang finds itself lodged in its head, and promptly explodes.

Two more batarangs find themselves stuck in cards who are quickly approaching behind the first, and Damian-- no Robin/i>-- drops down in front of the girl. "Stay close!" His hood is up, he's dressed to the nines, his voice is just offkilter. He's good at 'voices.' Sup Lili.

Don't mind Lili just blinking and staring for the briefest moment since this isn't exactly a daily occurrence for her. She's decently impressed and then- Damian appears, his voice not entirely throwing her off since she can cheat and feel his mind.

Damn cheating psychics.

"Thanks for the save, doofus." This is Lili being affectionate while moving to be a little closer, able to still balance on her glowing levitation ball making her several heads taller than he is at the moment. "Lead the way,"

Damn cheating psychics. He stiffens, realizing his mistake: Damn. Cheating. Psychics. There's a pause, where he debates you know, some flippant remark, when another group of card guards slide around the bend behind them.

Well, there's no going that way.

"Up" He turns his head to the side, calling to her, before he's up in the air, pulling on a zipline. She'll follow with psychic abilities, but he doesn't feel any jealousy. He moves too fluidly, up the wall, sprinting down it, a new batarang in his grip.

He should at least be glad she's not poking around his mind with mental fingers. It was always a option for Lili, especially when Damian drives her crazy as he usually does.

Lili doesn't need to be told twice, she's levitating more freely now, levitation ball ditched for free floating as she trailed after him. Any cocky responses she might've had to him stiffening up is ditched as she focuses. She doesn't need all of her focus on levitation anymore, but it helps her keep up with him.

When she's closer again, she finally manages something a little snarky. "Like I said, lead the way, hero."
